How do I collect wedding photos from guests?

Create the event, print the QR code on table cards and a sign by the door, and mention it once in the speeches. Guests scan it and upload straight from their phone. You approve what appears and everyone gets the gallery link the next morning.

Do wedding guests need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens a page in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create, which is why guests actually use it.

Can I stop photos I don't like from appearing?

Yes. On Moment and above every upload waits in a queue until you approve it. Rejected photos never appear in the gallery and you can delete them.

How long do the wedding photos stay online?

30 days on the free plan, six months on Moment, twelve months on Memory and for good on Legacy. You can download everything as a ZIP on Memory and Legacy.

Can guests upload videos from the wedding?

On Memory and Legacy, yes, up to 500 MB a clip. We convert them so they play on any phone, in full HD on Legacy.

How much does wedding photo sharing cost?

Snapshot is free with 20 uploads. Moment is £25, Memory £55 and Legacy £110, each a single payment for one wedding with no subscription.
