How do I collect wedding photos from guests?

Create the event, print the QR code on table cards and a sign by the door, and mention it once in the speeches. Guests scan it and upload straight from their phone. You approve what appears and everyone gets the gallery link the next morning.

Do wedding guests need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens a page in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create, which is why guests actually use it.

Can I stop photos I don't like from appearing?

Yes. On the Moment plan and above every upload waits in a queue until you approve it. Rejected photos never appear in the gallery and you can delete them.

How long do the wedding photos stay online?

30 days on the free plan, six months on the Moment plan and twelve months on Memory. You can download everything as a ZIP on Memory.

Can guests upload videos from the wedding?

On the Memory plan, yes, up to 500 MB a clip. We convert them so they play on any phone, in full HD.

How much does wedding photo sharing cost?

The Snapshot plan is free with 20 uploads. Moment is £25 for 500. Memory is £55 for 20 GB, which is thousands of photos. Each is a single payment for one wedding, with no subscription.
