Snap Our Day is a wedding and event photo sharing service from the UK. Every event gets a private link and QR code, guests upload from their phone with no app and no account, you approve what appears, and the same link becomes the gallery afterwards.

Do guests need to install anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link, tap Add your photos, and their camera or photo library opens. It works in the browser on any phone made in the last decade.
Do guests need an account?
Never. Guests can add their name so you know who took what, but there is no sign-up and no password for them.
Who can see the photos?
Only people with your link. Files are never public, every image is served through short-lived signed addresses, and the Legacy plan adds a password on the door.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes, on Moment and above. New uploads wait in a queue until you approve them, one at a time or all at once. On the free plan everything appears straight away.
How long does the gallery stay online?
30 days on the free plan, six months on Moment, twelve months on Memory and for good on Legacy. We email you before anything expires.
What about video?
Memory and Legacy accept video up to 500 MB a clip. We convert it so it plays everywhere, at 720p on Memory and full HD on Legacy.
What can I print the QR code on?
Download the code on its own as PNG or SVG, or use one of the two ready-made cards: an A6 table card, four to a sheet of A4, and an A4 door sign. Both carry your event name, date and link, and print at any size without blurring.
Can guests leave a voice message?
On Memory and Legacy, yes. The upload page has a Record a message button; the browser asks for microphone permission, guests record up to 60 seconds, hear it back, and send it. Voice notes sit in the gallery alongside the photos and go through the same approval queue.
How many photos can guests add?
20 on the free plan, 200 on Moment, and as many as they like on Memory and Legacy. Each plan also has a storage allowance shown on your event page.
Does it work abroad?
Yes. It is a website, so anywhere with a signal works. Uploads go straight to storage from the guest's phone, so a weak venue signal only slows things down rather than losing anything.
Can I download everything at once?
On Memory and Legacy, yes. Ask for a ZIP from your event page and we email you a link when it is ready. Guests can download individual photos from the gallery on every plan.
Can I use my own address?
Every event gets a readable link made from its name plus a short code, like snapourday.com/e/sarah-and-james-k3f9. Moment and above can choose an address of their own, like sarah-and-james.snapourday.com, as long as nobody else has it. Custom domains are not available yet.
Is it really one payment?
Yes. You pay once per event and never again for that event. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
What happens to the photos when the gallery expires?
We email you before the date. Download the ZIP, or upgrade to keep the gallery longer. After expiry the files are deleted from storage.
