What you get

A private website for one event, a QR code and printable cards, somewhere for guests to upload photos, video and voice notes, and a gallery afterwards. What your plan includes is listed on the pricing page and applies to that event only.

What it costs

One payment per event. Stripe acts as merchant of record: they take the payment, issue your receipt and account for any tax due on it, so the price shown is the price you pay. There is no subscription. Upgrading an event costs the difference between what you have already paid for it and the new plan. Prices can change, but never for an event you have already paid for.

Refunds

You have 14 days to change your mind and get your money back, unless your event has already opened for uploads, because by then we have delivered the thing you bought. If the service fails and we cannot put it right, we refund you in full regardless. Ask at [email protected].

How long your gallery lasts

30 days on the free plan, six months on Moment, twelve months on Memory, counted from the day the gallery opens. We email you a week before anything is deleted so you can download the lot or extend it. After that the files are gone and we cannot get them back.

Your responsibilities

• You are 18 or over and the event is yours to run.
• You tell your guests that photos they upload are shared with you and stored by us — the line on the upload page does this for you.
• You deal with your guests' requests about their own photos. You can delete any upload yourself at any time.
• You do not use the service for anything unlawful, and you do not upload material you have no right to share.

What we will not host

Sexual content involving children, material that incites violence or hatred, anything that breaks somebody else's copyright, and anything unlawful. We remove it, we may close the account, and where the law requires it we report it. Uploads are scanned for malware before they appear.

Who owns the photos

Guests own their photos. Hosts own their event site's content. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store the files, make thumbnails and web-friendly versions, and show them to the people with your link. We do not use your photos to advertise the service unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we do not promise it. It runs on our own hardware; power cuts and broken internet connections happen. We take a nightly encrypted backup. If we are down when it matters most, tell us and we will make it right.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we cannot limit. Otherwise our liability to you is capped at what you paid us for the event in question, and we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Photos matter; keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable.

Ending it

You can delete an event or close your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. If we stop offering the service we will give you at least 30 days to download everything.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
